Amit Bindra and the Prinz team are exceptional. Amit had taken the time to listen, he was responsive and very knowledgeable. I worked most of the time directly with Amit which is not what one experiences with most law firms and I never had to follow-up with Amit. He was always on top of everything. I recently was referred to Sara Davis. She is the attorney that handles malpractice suits. I called and started talking to miss Davis. She was so rude. Raising her voice at me telling me I made no sense. This was after I told her I was disabled and in extreme pain. I can't speak for the other attorneys at this firm but is far is her if you want somebody with compassion she is not the one to handle your case. When a person is calling in for help and then talk to rudely raising her voice that is not the person I want to handle my case. Attorneys such as Ms.Davis need to remember they work for the person that's calling in, I was so intimidated by her and even afraid to contact another attorney.shame on you Sara Davis! If I could give her a zero I would!

I lost my husband suddenly in a motorcycle accident. In my stunned grief, I reached out to Sara Davis upon a recommendation from a friend. From the beginning, Sara was professional, kind, gentle and worked hard for me. Sara was readily available to answer all and any of my questions throughout the process. I never felt put me off, forgotten, or demeaned in any way. Ms. Davis did not try to 'sell' me anything, rather she allowed me to make all my decisions. My children and I agreed on Sara almost instantly during our interview with her. We saw in her the compassion we needed during our horrible time. There are not enough stars in the world for Sara Davis at Cogan & Power. I was in a car accident and having trouble with the insurance company of the at-fault driver. A friend suggested I get an attorney, sometimes things move a little faster with one. She had an excellent outcome with Sara Davis and recommended I speak with her. After the initial consultation with Sara, I felt at ease and like family was taking care of me. She was honest, realistic, professional and caring. She thoroughly explained the entire process and gave me an accurate timeline as to when everything should be taken care of. Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop, but had none of the stress that I was feeling prior to contacting Sara. She took care of all the phone calls to the insurance companies. She argued for a settlement that was more than I expected! She lifted the weight off my shoulders and let me continue to live my life without having to deal with any of the back and forth.
