James Quiqley at Beermann handled my divorce proceedings from beginning to end, which lasted about 18 months. The case had some difficult custody issues, and James addressed those issues skillfully and conscientiously. He had to deal with two different iterations of opposing counsel, each of which presented their own challenges--the first firm engaged in reckless spending (leaving it solely to our side to figure out how to preserve the modest assets for the parties' benefit), and their replacement seemed determined to delay the process. James dealt with these tactics in expert fashion, and was able to keep the case on course and drive it to its correct conclusion. I highly recommend him.
