Gabby helped me with a long and hard fought divorce and child custody case. I felt she was very knowledgeable and always gave good advice. I am happy with the outcome of my case and it actually ended with a much better result than I thought possible at times. Would highly recommend!

I am a teacher at an alternative school in metro Atlanta. Seventy-five percent of our scholars live below or teeter right above the poverty line, so lack and longing are commonplace. Maya and her team at the Witherite Law Group have proven to be godsends to our students. They support a number of our outreach programs and instructional initiatives. For example, they have been extremely generous when it comes to addressing our students' mounting food insecurity and clothing and social emotional needs. Additionally, whenever they have a surplus of items from their other philanthropic endeavors, they always see if we can use them as well. We are so fortunate to be the beneficiaries of their kindness and generosity. They don't give because they want to elevate their profiles, need photo ops, or are trying to garner publicity. They give because they truly care about children in need.

Witherite Law Group has been a partner with South Atlanta High School for the past five years. They have provided hundreds of renewable scholarships for our students, mentored them, provided interview attire, sponsored workshops, attendance rallies, pep rallies, sneaker balls and consistently feeds our faculty and staff. When the administrator of my late father in law's estate engaged in hostile behavior toward my wife, the heir, we retained Leon. While guiding the situation to resolution, Leon insulated my wife from unnecessary stress and aggravation. He takes a Zen, Joe Friday, "just the facts, ma'am" approach. As a lawyer myself, I respect him as a master of the craft.

Very good lawyers was having trouble with my case, tried multiple different lawyers nobody could help me until I contacted Marx! He was on top of everything I didn’t have to do anything literally just attend my court dates and he took care of everything. He’s A1 I would definitely recommend Marx to anyone and would use him again if I needed too!

Steve was a fantastic attorney. He was an excellent communicator during the process and was always knowledgeable, punctual, tactical, and sharply dressed. It felt great to have him represent me. This man fought unbelievably hard for me for over the course of nearly two years as it pertained to one case. The details to my case made it look as though everything was going to go wrong in the end, but Steve did not allow that to happen. My case was dismissed and the judge dropped all charges. If you have a case (especially if you think that it's a hopeless one), give Steve's office a call. He is personable, blunt, honest, but most importantly, he fights for you and he wins. I am telling you that you will not regret going with Steve Klein as your representation.
