My mom used Richard as her attorney to apply for her US citizenship . We were extremely pleased with his services and his attention to detail with her application. He answered every email, phone call immediately and accompanied my mom the entire time. He kept us informed and up to date thru the entire process. We appreciated his services and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My application for an immigrant visa was a complicated process. I thought that I would never see the day when I will be granted a visa, due to all the hurdles that I was made to go through. Mr Hanus expertly guided me throughout the complicated and lengthy process - took 9 years. Richard Hanus is one of the best Immigration attorneys in the state. He and his office staff show excellent professionalism and he always tells it how it truly is. Mr. Hanus helped me get my DACA and Employment Authorization Permit approval and then extension and he provided miscellaneous counseling on other matters. Also through swift action and follow up needed because of government delays, he helped me keep my current employment from being terminated. I am grateful he's been my lawyer for years and wish to refer and keep his services for many years to come.

I highly recommend Mr. Teichner for his legal advice and assistance in probate matters. The thing that impressed me first about him was his accessibility. When I called, I didn't have to go through a lower level phone screener. I have been down that road many times and am turned off by it with other firms. He answered his phone himself and was immediately available to intelligently and knowledgeably discuss my case person-to-person. No middleman to cloud things up.. i had a traffic case for driving on a suspended license for parking tickets which i was unaware my license was suspended. i received a letter from the Fabbrini law group in the mail that they could help me with my case. to make a long story short they are very well respected and they are highly accredited. They got my license back with little effort! i highly recommend Fabbrini law for representation on any case.

This review is one given by Mr. Ernest Raines who was horsed around for 4 years on a case that was settled years before. Mr. Montgomery has me sign papers without explaining what I was signing, did not return phone calls and in my opinion was most disrespected to me his client. With the help of Mr. Dick Elkins who is a personal friend, after almost 4 years of hassle, I reported Mr. Montgomery to the Illinois and Indiana lawyers review boards and while I have continued problems from my injuries as a result of this accident, I received a little more than 1/3 of the settlement with many problems as a result of actions taken and not taken by Mr. Montgomery. I give him no stars and would never get involved with him in any future dealings. This entire manner was nothing more than an exercise in frustration and in my opinion was handled poorly.
