Justine and Emily are amazing! I was nervous closing on my first home until I started working with this team. They are very responsive and answered all my questions. Justine would always make time for a quick call and Emily was always responsive in emails. Justine came to my closing and explained all the closing documents in detail making the entire process stress free.

I had been dealing with another group that had provided no information and very little action on a case that is almost a year old already. I spoke with Bridgette and she answered my questions and informed me about what was happening and what to expect. She made me feel like I was an important part of the process and not a bother when asking for clarification. I am looking forward to working with her and getting this case resolved.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. MIA IS VERY CONTROLLING AND SHE HAS AN INFLUENCE ON JIM FABBRINI. Jim Fabbrini called me 2019 stating He could take my case. I was hit by a police officer and there was enough evidence to prove the case. There was a bunch of confusion. I wouldn't hear from them for about 2 to 3 months. They will continue to To ask for the same information over and over. Once I spoke with Jim Fabbrini a year later He kept saying he was going to send the release of authorization for medical records on several occasions and never did when I already signed that information. 2023 My case was almost at statue of limitations, and they had to take it to court just to get my time extended due to not working on the case. Jim Fabbrini hired Mia a NEW paralegal. She influenced him to not take the case. He withdrew, she has a very nasty attitude. Jim called me back 8/31/2023 and apologized and stated that he read the notes wrong and that he is able to take my case again. I continuously called the office and finally had to speak with Mia because it was a month again since i've spoken with Jim Fabbrini. Mia seemed not happy about Jim retaking my case and he never put in my file He called me to retake the case. She was very disruptive not allowing me to speak and she hung up on Because I advised her I was a grown woman and do not interrupt me. Jim called me back with a nasty attitude and was talking very sarcastically because of Mia and lied about my case again and stated there was no way to prove the case when he never worked on it because he was so behind on cases. I was also told by one of the young ladies at the front that he was continuously in court because they have a lot of cases that are at statue of limitations and he had to get them extended due to not working on them. This firm has good reviews because of easy cases. They are very slothful in the office. My case was a not a fault case according to what was written. He has to continuously hire people. At the end he told me to think what I want to think But would not answer about the lie about my case. I HE DID NOTHING. ME AND MY NEW ATTORNEY WILL WIN THE CASE DUE TO GOOD UPDATED INFORMATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. TOO MANY CASES ARE AT STATUE OF LIMITATIONS ACCORDING TO WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME BY THE FRONT DESK. Instead of saying what his mistakes are, he will lie about your case and keep the easy ones. This one is on GOD you will not continue to disrespect his people~seLah~
