The absolute worst!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different person to represent you! They have had my case over a year and haven’t done anything! Also I call everyday and there is never anyone to answer the phone or return voicemails or give any updates in OVER a year!

Phillip Bareck is a very intelligent and knowledgeable lawyer when it comes to fighting for what your entitled to from your employer by law and makes sure your satisfied with the treatment you receive from your doctors and makes sure your bills are paid in full at the time of your settlement so there are no hidden surprises after everything is done and said. If I had to do things over I would choose Phillip Bareck as my lawyer again and I high recommend him.

I have had the distinct privilege of working with Steve McCann over the past four years. When I first met Steve I had just bought my first house at 24 years old and didn't have much house experience, let alone know where to start with a lawsuit. Finding an attorney who handles real estate litigation was not an easy task. Steve was able to determine after one consultation that we were dealing with "failure to disclose material defects on the purchase contract". With that we began our journey. Steve could not have predicted how difficult this case would be. The individuals that I purchased my home from attempted every possible trick to end our suit. Jeffrey Esser is an attorney that operates in grey areas. He was opposing counsel, he represented my ex wife. Ethics is not apart of this mans vocabulary. “DO NOT” enter into an agreement with this man because he will advise his clients to “ Break” an agreement. He is not honorable. Because of him, I only saw my daughter for 7 days during the whole year. I am legally able to see my daughter a lot more than that. However, Jeffery saw to it to break a court order agreement out right. Therefore screwing me out of spending quality time with my own daughter. I don’t get to see my daughter during holidays, no summers or anything, even though the courts gave me permission to see my child during those times. I drove for 5 hours to Chicago to pick up my daughter, & Jeffrey advised his client not to release my child to me, therefore violating a court order. I checked all the boxes did what I was supposed to do, Jeff saw fit to go against his word and screwed me OUT of seeing my child . If you want a lawyer that will fight for you and “ Not” do the right thing. And is shady , this is your guy , however, if you want an Ethical , Honorable, and someone that just simply does the right thing , he is “Not” the lawyer to go with. At the end of the day it’s all about doing the right thing. You must honor the agreement that both parties agreed to period. Jeffrey did not do that at all . He gives the profession a bad name . My ex wife has gone through “ 5 different “ Lawyers before she found a lawyer that will disregard ethics & honor ( Jeff Esser). He has no honor !!!!!!! If you value your soul “ DO NOT” hire this man
