Was very disappointed with his work. Constantly kept asking for a continuates and not once called back to discuss the case. Day of court he started to discuss someone elses case with me claiming that it was mine; he didn't even remember my name. Didn't fight for me at all and basically said I have no chance.asked to speak to me outside the courtroom and pretty much talked down to me and swore at me. He claims this was the best he could. Seemed that all that mattered was that the check cleared. I could of done what he did and saved my money. Thanks for nothing. Highly recommended for someone who wants to do some jail time.

I had Nichole Massarelli. She is Great at what she do. Very professional and understanding. Especially with COVID-19 and going on lock down. I was under a lot of stress. Mr. Diggs goal is to make his client’s voice be heard throughout the court process, and that is exactly what I experienced. He is available and very communicative, and had our best interest at heart throughout my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through divorce or any other family matters.
