I cannot say enough about this law firm. They have helped me through the most difficult time in my life. They help me and my children to feel safe and to maneuver through the legal system which can be very intimidating. Nicole and Michelle (and Mallory and Monica) have been kind and took the time I needed to make sure I understood what was going on in court and what all of the motions and documents meant. I was initially impressed by the level of professionalism that was showed to me. Upon hiring this firm, I soon became familiar with the lack of communication and professionalism that was set by example. This firm is overpriced, charging me for every time I had to reach out due to the lack of communication on my lawyer’s part, and the lack of pro activism with communication in my case with the opposing lawyer. I felt that I had to be my own advocate, as my lawyer was not one, causing me more stress and headache than ease and peace of mind. One phone conversation, my lawyer proceeded to yell at me due to our case being pushed back, showing the lack of professionalism in her part. Day of my court date, my lawyer gave me a time on when to meet her, to my surprise she showed up late, again lack of communication as well as professionalism. Post case, I received a call one week after I paid my remaining balance. This call, from my former lawyer stated that I needed to “pay my remaining balance”, because, “I do not like filing lawsuits against former clients”. I was appalled at the level of unprofessionalism, harassment, and threat. Thus, leaving me with the conclusion that I do not recommend this firm to anyone who would like a good rapport with their lawyer representative.
