Then they signed off and we closed the case. 5 years later the physical therapy company tried to get more money. Since I had done my due diligence, they had to eat $500. When you talk to billing departments tell them to dig. Dig for every single unpaid charge down to the last Tylenol. Your lawyers can't get a bill paid if they don't know it exists.
