Ms. Fontana came highly recommend and did not disappoint. Extremely professional and dedicated to the job. She helped me out when I was in a tight custody battle. Where do I begin? I had the fortunate pleasure of retaining Ashley Fontana as my counsel through a friend about a year and a half ago. My case isn’t just a “cut and dry” type of case as I’ve been battling custody for my son for 5&1/2 years and going through 2 different law firms, with thousands in the hole as well. Well, they say “Third time is a charm” and let me tell you it WAS! Ashely not only took my Case not fully knowing how insane and ludicrous it was, but she didn’t change her mind NOR did she back down at all from opposing counsel and their “outlandish” allegations. Ashley fought for me and kept me in the loop THE ENTIRE TIME as well. She took her time getting to know me as an actual person/father instead of a “paycheck or client” it she saw that j was being strong-armed into giving up my rights to my son while having my character de-famed as a father and a person. Well long story short, after countless/pointless court hearings and multiple unfounded investigations the truth was finally put to light and everything that Ashely and I have been trying to tell the courts made sense to them! I was awarded sole-custody of my son after not being able to see him for 8 months. Ashely fought tooth and nail and showed the courts that I intact was the parent trying to prove these wrongful allegations against me. Ashely is a Godsend! I hired Attorney Adesina to represent me a car accident case last year. He explained the process to me in detail and fought hard with the insurance company to get me a large settlement. More money than I was expecting! I was so happy with his represent that I paid him to defend me in a bogus breach of Contract case file against me and my former room mate. My family and I hired Adesina because we had to go into litigation over my dad's life insurance police. We were in litigation for over a year and the judge finally ruled in our favor. Adesina was a good attormey. Most times, he was prompt in his responses. He also provided me with detailed informationabout what I should expect and what the steps should be. He appeared in court during all scheduled dates and provided me with me with the outcome of each appearance because I live out of town. Attorney Adebayo Adesina, I call him Bayo, has been a lifesaver for me and my family. I would give all the details of my case but I’m restricted by the terms of the settlement. The short story is that I bought a car out of state over the internet. That was dumb of me I know. The only thing I can say in my defense is that as time goes on, I tend to buy more and more items through the internet. I found this dealer through a major online car dealer so I thought that everything was legit. My bank sent them the money and they never sent me a car, they just started dodging my calls. I drove across state lines to pick up the car but when I got there it was obvious that the lot had been abandoned the night before. Then I had to learn a horrible lesson about our legal system. No one had my back. I contacted the police’s automotive fraud department. They wouldn’t investigate because they considered it a civil matter. I contacted the bank’s fraud department and asked them to go after the person they had given the money to. Again, the bank wouldn’t investigate but they told me that I was still liable for the loan amount even though I had no car and no money from them. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General’s Office, Major online dealer’s fraud dept. and other consumer protection agencies but the best they could do was to give that dealership a bad review or take down their advertisements. Meanwhile, I was still out of a car and/or money. The only useful advice I received from my efforts to report this dealership was to get a private lawyer. I live out of state so I called the Illinois Bar Association and they recommended Bayo for my needs. I was really worried that the dealership had fled town or burned through all of the bank’s money and even if I won a judgment I’d still be doomed. But Bayo was able to track them down and get a legal lock on them so that they couldn’t escape. Bayo informed me of his progress, and especially once the checks started coming in, I had peace of mind I could sleep again. Bayo kept in touch and made time for me and my concerns throughout this particular trial of my life. I know that my family is going to be OK and not given undue hardships for my decisions.
