She had been handling my case for over 2 years, and I talked to her only twice, at the beginning, and at deposition. Can't get ahold of her, her secretary keeps sending me to her VM. Otherwise NO COMMUNICATION. Thanks for NOTHING!

She has been handling my case for a year, and I talked to her only once at the beginning. Can't get ahold of her, her secretary keeps sending me to her VM. my personal health insurance paid all my medical bills, NOT the auto insurance like it should be. Have no idea what's going on with my case. Had to hire different attorney who was available for me anytime I neede him and was answering all my question. Will never ever recommend Amanda Martin as attorney!

I've known Amanda and her work ethic for nearly fifteen years. I was hurt in a construction accident where I had to have surgery on my hand and trusted that the company I worked for would do right by me. I reluctantly called fully expecting a high pressure used car salesman approach from Amanda, but that was not the case. She explained my rights, gave me sound advice, and then told me to call her if I wanted to be represented. Two weeks later I was finally fed up with being ignored by the insurance company and called Amanda. She got the ball rolling immediately and within hours of her making a few calls the insurance company was calling to talk settlement with me. I chose to let Amanda handle the issue from that point on. Amanda kept me informed and blow smoke up my rear about how things would progress. She was honest from the get go and would only give me the worse case scenario for my case, as to not get my hopes up. It took awhile, but I knew what to expect and Amanda came through like a champ. My medical bills and future care were more than taken care of after she raked the insurance company over the coals. Amanda is professional, honest, and one hell of a litigator in my opinion. So if there are any working guys out there looking for an attorney that will truly be on your side I recommend you give Amanda a call. On a side note Amanda also helped my father with a Social Security Disability hearing and he was more than satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Amanda! Andrew
