I don't care what anyone says. These guys were amazing and professional, always came to me to make my experience as easy as possible. And we walked away with a fair settlement in a fair amount of time. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney.

Bary Gassman is a tenacious advocate for his clients. Bary represented me in a personal injury claim, and his meticulous attention to detail and insightful approach led us to a successful settlement. I trusted that Bary was out for my best interest, and Bary made me feel like a very important client. He has excellent knowledge of the law, is thorough, and did all research necessary to be well informed and well-prepared. He was professional, returned my calls, emails promptly, and updated me regularly. He was personable, made me feel at ease, answered all my questions and explained everything in a very easy-to-understand manner. I highly value Bary and recommend him.

Bary Gassman was hired as a lawyer for my daughter's accidental death case. He worked with us closely and guided us in the right direction. He was there for all questions we had during our difficult time. He seamlessly coordinated with the insurance companies to resolve the case on a timely fashion. He was always available 24 X 7 to take any questions and his detailed communication helped us to resolve the issues even when we were abroad . His commitment and diligence is key for his success.

I was ROBBED!!!!!! He is a CROOK!!!!! Please run!!!!! He gets people into his office by falsely advertising that 900 down payment!!!!! RUN!!!! Do NOT sign any documents that he has lured you and then later changed to get you into his office.... If I listened to the review that was left by a previous client, and wasn't in such a rush I would NOT have selected such a manipulative and untrustworthy lawyer!!!!! Beware of this lawyer Joseph Brehm. This is a one man operation and it is ran poorly. Mr. Brehm was referred to me by a so called friend and he came off as a very friendly lawyer that seemed genuinely concerned. However, after he collected my money for a bankruptcy which he asked for upfront, he avoided my phone calls and emails to his office. I even made a trip to his office because he did not do any work on the case and now my financial and legal situation went from bad to worst. In order to get my money back, I must take him to small claims court. If he has worked on a case for you and has done the same, please leave a review. We must all watch out for people who take advantage of others weaknesses and that is what he has done. Also, do NOT forget to follow up with BBB and IARDC for this lawyer as I will. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!

I am not sure if words can describe the hard work and dedication the team at Jonathan Merels office offers. I am truly pleased with all that they do. You are not treated as just another client, you are treated with the utmost respect, dedication, and loyalty. I work a lot with Michael Levy and he is great with getting back to me via email or phone call, and getting everything done.
