After my Asylum case was transferred to the Emigration court I had to hire a reliable lawyer. Richard Hanus came highly recommended by several of his former clients, and I can say I had 100% Satisfaction with him and his services. I won the case and I was able to be reunited with my overseas family who were able to get special visas to travel and live in the U.S. Mr. Hanus made a promt response to any inquiry and also had availability for a quick meeting if needed , also the fees were reasonable. Any future client of his will feel like I did, that my case was in a reliable and caring hand.

Richard and his firm helped me and my employer through all steps for the H-1B, H-1B extension and then my green card process.
