Attorney Erik Diggs is representing me in a very contentious divorce. My case has been ongoing for quite some time. Attorney Erik Diggs is hands down the best attorney anyone could ask for. He entered my case right before a trial date was set. He reviewed the case notes without asking for additional time to review and he was more than ready for the trial. Attorney Diggs has also worked with me with my payments. Aside from the excellent payment plan, he has shown me that he truly cares about my children and my safety and well being. He truly has my best interest. He’s been my voice throughout this case. He has also helped me to find my voice throughout this process. Was very disappointed with his work. Constantly kept asking for a continuates and not once called back to discuss the case. Day of court he started to discuss someone elses case with me claiming that it was mine; he didn't even remember my name. Didn't fight for me at all and basically said I have no chance.asked to speak to me outside the courtroom and pretty much talked down to me and swore at me. He claims this was the best he could. Seemed that all that mattered was that the check cleared. I could of done what he did and saved my money. Thanks for nothing. Highly recommended for someone who wants to do some jail time.
