Mr. Ivetic’s first response to my question was somewhat generic. But then my question was somewhat generic. After I posted a follow up with a more specific question on what I was looking for, Mr. Ivetic answered with a lengthy and detailed post that what just the advice I was looking for. I don’t live anywhere near Chicago, but I researched a number of his Avvo postings and, if I were near Chicago, and had an issue he practiced in, Mr. Ivetic would be the first attorney I would hire.
