Very satisfied with the services I have received from the firm.

Arrogant and rude. I called him for help. He kept interrupting me. Anytime that I attempted to talk, he would talk over me and stated that I was interrupting him. How can you give me advice if I can't tell you what my situation was. When I began crying, he told me that I needed an attitude adjustment. I stated that I was just crying. He said "yes, I know you are." and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and asked why he hung up on me. He said that he had plenty of other clients. At this point, I called him an expletive, hung up, and sobbed.

I was referred by a close family member, who I trusted their judgement, to seek advice from Phillip Bareck. I had never been injured at work nor did I know anything about workers compensation. When I explained to Mr. Bareck my circumstances, he was genuinely empathetic to my injury and situation. He educated me on the process and expectations of the WC claims. He made it very easy to concentrate on recovering from a bad injury while he worked to make sure I was fairly compensated. Phillip is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his career. I would definitely recommend this law firm to any and everyone!

totally screwed the pooch on my divorce case. I had to replace her with an actually competent lawyer who knows what he is doing. She had almost 0 communication skills. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a divorce attorney.

My name is Eric and I WAS a man seeking a lawyer.I was in the middle of finding and hiring a attorney to get my rights as a father.Also to make it make it even harder live in Phoenix,AZ.I spent 2 weeks searching online, asking anyone who knew any one in Chicago for a recommendation.I was on my own basically.I gathered a few attorneys name and went threw them fast.I basically got a feeling of them sizing me up for how much money they could get and got a real feeling of everyone's real $$"pitch"$$.I came across MR.DIGGS and expected the same pitch.I After a Hour long conversation said this is my guy.He will take the time to listen to your story and feel what you feel.He will guide you thru the process.You will know what's next.His Staff when he's not answering will acknowledge you as a client and are extremely polite.I am currently one payment away from finishing paying my guy and to this date I don't know how much I've paid as silly as that sound's there's no price on the peace of mind this man provide's.I highly recommend taking the time to at least bring yourself in for a visit and see for yourself.I wouldn't have been able to pay for his service's with out his payment arrangement's.I thru a number that worked for me and it worked for him.Thank you very much Mr.DIGGS.

I just finished going through a very painful and difficult divorce. James Quigley and Shana Vitek did an excellent job handling my case. They were upfront and honest about the entire process.
