Ted McNabola was an incredible attorney for my mom! She was hit by a car as a pedestrian. Ted was very informative and essentially held my elderly parents hands the entire time and was very patient with them. This process was a long process that lasted a period of 3 years. When the majority of attorney’s would have given up just to make some money on the case, Ted didn’t and made sure my mom was going to get what she deserved! In the end SHE DID!!! Consulted with and hired Edward "Ted" McNabola after auto accident in 2015. My auto was hit by another, I was not at fault & other driver was ticketed. My injuries required hospitalization and 4 subsequent surgeries. The big insurance company initially offered "$20,000 for my pain and suffering" - Ted eventually obtained a settlement on my behalf for $900,000. I could not have navigated to this point myself without Ted's knowledge and legal expertise. The average person is not equipped to go up against and fight the system of the big insurance companies - part of their game is to deny, delay and hope you go away. You MUST have an expert to protect and fight for your best interests ... Ted is an expert! A few years ago Ted McNabola handled a case for us, after another attorney had told me I didn't have a case, he said we did. He is an excellent attorney and I am always recommending him to my friends and family. He is a very nice person always seemed to really care what was happening with us. He did a great job and he is a very disciplined attorney. He always fought for us, he was awesome during the trial, the other party never made a settlement offer and Ted was able to get us a great settlement, that now lets us live well. My sons education will be paid for thanks to all of his efforts. Lenika
