A little over 2 years ago, I was unexpectedly served with legal papers. My brother referred me to Ball & McCann. Steve and Drew were awesome. They gave me impeccable services. You never ever want to have to detail with lawyers, but this was my first encounter and they were very patient with me. They answered every question, replied to every email in less than 24 hours, and made me feel like I was listened to. They did not make me feel pressure into making a decision that was suitable for them, but gave me all of my options and decide from there. If I ever need legal advice or assistance again, I will be working with Ball & McCann.

A year later we’re done and we’re outta here. I originally started fighting my case on my own due to the large prices other lawyers had for my court case. One day I called his office at first it’s took them so long to get me my paper work to sign. Then James and I established and bond and relationship he understood when I said I can only do this and if they do t offer this we’re going to trail. He’s not a pushy lawyer. I enjoy 😉 our team work he worked for me I worked for him(aye I had to work to pay him)!!! If I ever need a lawyer again or someone else does I’ll refer him.

James Fabbrini is not only a very professional attorney that gets the best possible results for his clients, he also genuinely cares! I'm a single mother who is in the process of trying to rebuild my life after overcoming years of addiction. Unfortunately, during this time I caught 2 driving on revoked license charges, back to back. Due to my background, the states attorney, wanted to upgrade my charges to a felony, which of course came along with jail time. I was terrified I was going to lose everything I've worked so hard to get, custody of my son, my job, and our home. From the very first moment I met Mr. Fabbrini, he assured me everything would be okay and I would not lose my son or go to jail. True to his word, I received community service and fines, on both cases and I'm certain without his representation I would have been convicted of a felony and sentenced to jail time. During this entire process Mr. Fabbrini was absolutely wonderful! He made sure to express to the court all the positive changes I've made in my life and proved to them that my life revolves around raising my son. I will forever be grateful for Mr. Fabbrini and will recommend him to anyone needing legal representation. Also, he was great about working out a payment plan that met my needs!

I was charged with 2 class 2 felonies, in Dupage county facing up to 7 years in prison, I obviously needed an attorney so after doing a lot of research and shopping around, I decided to hire Mr.Klein. Attorney Steve Klein is an outstanding one. He plays no games and will be straight up with you without sugar coating anything! He knows the law like the back of his hand, Mr. Klein will never say anything he is unsure of and will always only speak the truth. If you need an attorney that is clean, professional, extremely knowledgeable, straight forward that will get you the best outcome possible and the best at what he does, then Mr. Klein is the attorney you need! By the way thanks to Mr Klein my charges are in the process of being dismissed!!! Thank you sir!
