This firm fraudulently charged about $100,000 for legal bullying and malicious legal attacks against a good single mother and her two children during a simple case divorce. ARDC investigation request was filed. I have a very bad experience with Jacqueline Pesenko, who was representing my now exhusband. After being in an abusive relationship for 22 years and physically separated for almost 2 years, I filed for divorce ( in May 2017!) to finish legal and financial aspect of our break up. An easy thing to do - split the assets 50-50 and sign a paper. Ms. Pesenko, decided to support my exhusband''s drama. She is educated but has no experience with marriage, parenting, domestic abuse and drug abuse, which were relevant to our case. She did not use her intelligence (to verify and work with facts, rather then assumptions), she was lying, manipulating and twisting truth , procrastinating and obstructing justice for over 2 years to make money (being paid hourly), and to enable further abuse from my husband, who wanted to make trouble. After the divorce my husband kept violating every provision of our agreement and Bryan Wilson, who took over the case took full advantage of my husband's mental illness to make more money. ( We were an average middle class family with two children, a small house, two cars and a couple accounts). Kogut&Wilson have stolen over $70,000 from my exhusband keeping him as a "milking cow", charging hourly to support his lies and vindictiveness for 3 years now. He is so ill that he would rather pay a stranger to cause trouble to his good ex wife and children then to pay money to his own children. Bryan knows and doesn't care; he has questionable integrity and moral values and keeps lying and dragging me through the court, causing trouble to me and my kids, with no mercy. (The local court tolerates such conduct, favoring attorneys - I am a ProSe litigant). Bryan has unresolved past personal issues, resulting in poor communication skills and a lot of false pride and unhealthy self esteem. Ms.Kogut is aware of what her partner is doing but remains silent - business comes first before heart. They hurt already hurting families to make money on their pain, by stirring up ill emotions by their lies. That is very sick and disturbing. My case is still pending at the court.

I had a great experience with Erin Wilson, the family attorney and im really grateful to Erin, Anniming and their team who helped me to through my situation. It was really hard and challenging as I had a lot of fear in me to face the situation. Erin is a PitBull when it comes to her job. She is active and she is ready to attack when she needs to. Highly educated and knows her FACTS. Erin and Anni have been great through this 6 month ordeal I have been dealing with. Anni has been very attentive and patient-always willing to answer questions or clear things up that I did not understand. Erin was about getting things done. During Covid, things were a little different because we weren't actually going to court or actually walking into mediation. However, Erin did not miss a beat. Whenever I had a question or a request she was right on it. She was very transparent with me on why things weren't moving along (my ex's fault), and she was setting things into motion so it could move quicker. I felt like my case could have been drawn out, but I am so happy that Erin had my back because she was able to have every thing settled within four months.
