I have been in a car accident and fortunately I had Mr Siegel as my attorney. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning being unfamiliar with legal matters. However, he was able to explain everything and accommodate my needs throughout the process. I have to admit it's a bit difficult to get in touch with him but he always returned my calls and answered my questions in a timely manner. No complaints otherwise. I applied for GC and Gerald guided me through this process - Collection of evidences - You cannot even imagine how detailed he is when it comes to suggesting evidences you can collect to prove your marriage. From Marriage certificates to Joint COSTCO membership proof. Filing documentation - This process is very tedious but with if you are working with Gerald it will be a cake walk. Each document is throughly reviewed multiple times leaving behind scope of any mistake. Communication - Email's, calls or meetings whichever it be a prompt response is always there. He will guide you, explain you but will never get frustrated or irritated. No matter what you ask or how many time you ask Gerald will humbly respond to each of your query. A few years ago, I filed a petition for my dad to immigrate to the US. I was excited about the family union, but then I found out my child sister could not come together. At the end of the consultation, I did not receive my answers but I was short the honorary. After repeat inquiries, the answers did not bring material details and my questions remained without answer. What am I supposed to do know? Well, I contacted another immigration lawyer. I did not want to put Mr. Cipolla into a difficult situation and appear confrontational by asking again the same question. Maybe it's just me or it is bad luck. It hurts my wallet, but mostly brings additional evidence to the statement “why would I care more than to bring the funds in”.

I was applying for a green card through marriage and the entire process went through very smoothly. The job was done accurately and punctually. I've successfully recieved my green card and had no problems during the application process. The pricing was very reasonable.

Gerald helped with my H1B visa renewal and was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and everything was taken care of in a timely manner and the whole process went very smoothly. Gerald Cipolla was an excellent laywer and did a wonderful job with our K-1 Visa Case. My fiance' is from Ireland and I am American. The paperwork necessary for the K-1 visa is lengthy and can be confusing and overwhelming. Mr. Cipolla was very thorough and timely. He made the process easier on us.
