Klain and Associates was very helpful along the brutal process of getting benefits. Their communication was prompt and I knew we could reach out with any questions. We did experience a bit of miscommunication. But, all and all, I would highly recommend them.

I called and spoke with an attorney, first and only time.After that it was Ruby Flores, she would call and asked if social security got in touch with me. Then she would ask have I had any doctors appts, all fine, although if you are in charge of the case, wouldn’t you know? Now next she asked me to have my doctors fill out forms and fax them to Klain, I had told her I don’t drive; still I did this twice. The third time I told her I can’t drive, and the doctors told me they did it. Told her she would have to fax the doctors to do it. Oh and I had received documents 6 months after, I called and asked what they were for, Ruby couldn’t have wouldn’t understand. I ended up calling Santiago to get it straightened out. I’ve called many, many times and begged to speak to an attorney, they were unable or unwilling to let me speak to one. So what has Klain done? Nothing that I see, I’m 62 years old, I can now get regular social security, no hassles, no denial, no need for attorneys that do nothing.

I want to personally give thanks to Klain & Associates crew: Sarah, Michelle, Ruby, and Brandon. I know that its a challenge everyday when dealing with us veterans. I really appreciate you guys in playing yall part in helping me with winning my SSDI case. Now for anyone out there looking for the best Klain & Associates git herr done 😂 😂 😂

They do all the paperwork. You make sure you attend your doctors appointments. Denied first time around and Klain handles the appeal and your hearing. Success….great teamwork

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Laude & David. My experience working with Jaclyn DeSana was beyond 5 stars, her level of professionalism was best in-class but her ability to be a down to earth real person that broke down my situation into facts related to the law allowed me to make good decisions and settle my divorce. There were specific things that were important to me to have in the settlement, they were all achieved through Jackie's guidance, knowledge, and experience of the divorce process in IL. I was able to file an uncontested divorce and achieve a settlement in less than 8 months which I did not think was possible based on friends and families experiences. First of I want to thank Marleena and her firm for doing an outstanding job. A few years ago I went through a nasty separation with my children's mother. I contacted Merel Family Law and started working with Marleena. She answered all my questions and guided me through out this long process. She was easy to get a hold of and alway returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. There were times where I needed emergency guidance and she called back right away and provided me with information to make the proper choice for that time.
