Klain and Associates worked extremely hard on my case. Cassie stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and never made me wait for replies back to all my questions. They are all very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm glad they were the ones representing my case. In 7 months time, I have been approved for SDDI. They are receptive and comforting during the process. I wasn't expecting to be approved soon but they are the best when it comes to this process. Will recommend to anyone who needs help with this.

Melissa Caballero is the attorney to hire for your divorce / custody case. My case was very high conflict and started with an emergency. Melissa and Jonathan swiftly returned my child to me and exposed the false narrative my ex tried to create within days of taking on the case, so we could start working toward long-term resolution. Their quick thinking and action in the beginning set the tone for the whole case. Despite the constant efforts by my ex to frustrate the process, Melissa stayed focused on the facts - this is why you pay for good representation - Melissa could easily filter out all the distractions and threats while protecting our child, and me. I am SO happy I found them early on...I don't think I would have the positive outcome I have now if I didn't. Melissa was on top of everything, and could easily pivot our strategy when needed. I highly recommend Jonathan Merel law office. Divorce is a stressful and emotional time of life and you need great attorneys to support and to help you navigate through this storm. I have a complicated case that went through GAL and evaluation process, difficult opposing counsel, and a long process over 3 years (partially due to pandemic delay). During this period, I’ve been working closely with Jonathan Merel and David Zwaska. They are fast in response (usually within hours and even over weekends for urgent issues), explain legal matters and procedure in simple terms for me to understand, detail orientated in each circumstance and accurate in financial calculation, bring crystal clarity and bold solutions to complicated matters. While Jonathan takes leadership, oversees and brings goal and visions to the case, David Zwaska works directly with me on routine basis, and both of them are great attorneys that are capable of presenting each issue in logical manner in court and fighting for our best interests and rights. And in my opinion, all these qualities have differentiated Jonathan and David as great attorneys from good attorneys. Now, the divorce is vanishing in my rear view mirror as I am moving into the next chapter of my life, I will definitely go back to Jonathans office for any future legal assistance.
