I So Love This Firm! They are very consistent & always answer any questions you have about your claim. They work hard for the people & they make you feel like you’re in good hands I would highly recommend!

If you need the Best disability attorney then you want Klain. I have a Very Rare condition that is painful and effecting my ability to do much on my own anymore. So many Dr's and others in the medical field had never heard of my condition. I was denied twice so David Klain took it to court and won my case. He spoke language that I would NEVER understand and hostestly I could barely tell if David Klain was speaking or the judge. They really know what they're doing. I was so fearful that I would be denied by the judge as well, he was a tough judge. Not for Klain, very professional and made me feel more calm as well. Plus, he and they go the extra mile. They went to my credit report and cleaned some stuff up and I received a $700 check after them going through it. I'm telling you they really know the laws better than anyone else. I've heard from friends how unhappy they were with their disability attorney and would never recommend them to anyone. I mean what disability attorney goes to your credit report and gets you a $700 check. I am so pleased I went with them. I was a bit hesitant being in Chicago and I'm in Indianapolis but I'm so thankful I went with them. I will definitely be bragging of how well they, the associates and David Klain, did and how they go the extra mile. Oh and they do all of the work of getting what they need. All I had to do was go to my appointments and my tests, of coarse I'd let Klain associates know where and when I was going. You really just have to concentrate on your health. Unlike others I've heard make you do all of the foot work while your health is in terrible shape. Thank you Very Much David Klain and Associates

Josie Norton took over my case and I cannot rave about her enough!!!
