DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM!!!!!! $5000 retainer and over $10k in replenishments only to have to settle because my attorney Morgan Gay wasn't confident she could go against the judge and get the case dismissed because her words "the judge over my case isn't fond of her". Then I wanted the case sealed which again Morgan couldn't make happen and when I was a few days behind paying the remaining balance for those emails and phone calls to seal the case she files hearing for the remaining fees. They literally sent me the reminder email the day before filing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LAW GROUP. I was not helped at all! Did not feel supported, they changed my attorney over my case twice and I really feel I could've got this case dismissed with a better and more knowledgeable attorney. Honestly, it's a money grab for how they bill. You spend more on simply them billing hrs for emails and phone calls than actually appearing in court.

Tamari Law Group will tell you one set price during the consultation for a case and will send you an invoice unexpectedly for another fee or replenishment as they call it. They will mishandle your case, charge you for everything and I do mean everything, leave you dry and once you can no longer pay, leave you without representation right at the finish line after they have given you a definite outcome for the case. Specifically, grandparents visitation rights. By the time you realize what’s going on, unfortunately for me it took a year, you may have no more money to afford another attorney. Counsel told me the other attorney just wanted to take the petitioners money but that’s exactly what they have done to me. I took out loans and maxed out credit cards and have no choice but to be pro se and look for pro bono representation which is proving to be difficult. This bad experience has taught me to do your research regarding your case, attorney and law firm.
