Where do I begin? I had the fortunate pleasure of retaining Ashley Fontana as my counsel through a friend about a year and a half ago. My case isn’t just a “cut and dry” type of case as I’ve been battling custody for my son for 5&1/2 years and going through 2 different law firms, with thousands in the hole as well. Well, they say “Third time is a charm” and let me tell you it WAS! Ashely not only took my Case not fully knowing how insane and ludicrous it was, but she didn’t change her mind NOR did she back down at all from opposing counsel and their “outlandish” allegations. Ashley fought for me and kept me in the loop THE ENTIRE TIME as well. She took her time getting to know me as an actual person/father instead of a “paycheck or client” it she saw that j was being strong-armed into giving up my rights to my son while having my character de-famed as a father and a person. Well long story short, after countless/pointless court hearings and multiple unfounded investigations the truth was finally put to light and everything that Ashely and I have been trying to tell the courts made sense to them! I was awarded sole-custody of my son after not being able to see him for 8 months. Ashely fought tooth and nail and showed the courts that I intact was the parent trying to prove these wrongful allegations against me. Ashely is a Godsend! She will not only fight for you and be your “MUSCLE” but she will also put sense into your head as well for picking which battles to fight, because we all know most attorneys say “yeahhh let’s fight to death” and then a month later receive a ridiculous bill, but this isn’t Ashely and that’s a very “RARE BREED” to find especially in this type of setting. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE going through this type of unfortunate circumstance to pleaseeeeee call Ashely Fontana, because she is by far THE BEST choice for when it comes to family law. While I had to stay strong to recuperate from the various surgeries and focused on understand the various complex medical procedures, Jim & his team focused on protecting & perusing the complex legal aspect of the accident. this law firm is one of the best in Chicago for personal injuries. My friend told me about them after i was hurt in a car accident. they helped me understand what my doctor told me and did a good investigation. they filed a lawsuit quickly after the investigation and i am very pleased with their service.

After working for a company 24 years I found myself and not getting any answers. I had fallen though some damaged floor boards injuring my lower back. I was at home, with 2 children and a wife, unable to barely stand. The insurance company told me they'd have to investigate the matter and would get back to me.
