I was very stressed with the situation the tenants had caused when I was able to get ahold of Mr. Adler. His experience and guidance on how to go about legal documents, tracking incidents, as well as suggested timelines were what granted me the confidence to proceed with mediation. The vast experience that Mr. Adler brought to this situation was positively impactful and helped appease both parties involved. The meetings were detailed, thorough, and on most occasions more than one viable solution was offered. If there were any doubts, I was always reminded that I could ask questions before making any decisions, this alone provided me the peace of mind to come to a resolution.
