I had the pleasure of Jeffrey representing me and he made sure it was a smooth process - despite it being contested by the other party. Jeffrey was informative, thorough and always pushed to get what I wanted. He is responsive when it counts, his calm demeanor helped me to remain even-keeled in intense moments and he advised me when I needed him every step of the way. Jeffrey is second to none and goes above and beyond to get the job done - with most times a positive outcome as the result. I will always turn to him moving forward for my legal needs when necessary. All in all Jeffrey is awesome. Reliable, knowledgeable, patient, flexible when needed and an all around great guy/attorney. I will always be grateful for his services.

Going through a divorce is incredibly difficult and emotional. The last thing you want to have to worry about is your lawyer. I had previously hired a lawyer to take on my divorce case. The lawyer was unresponsive, and continually made errors in my paperwork. It was so difficult managing this divorce and my previous lawyer. I did some research, and came across Jeff— and I’m so glad that I did. Jeff welcomed me with open arms. He was prepared. He had gotten my voicemail and had looked up my case in the court docket. He gave me a quote and we began the process. I was immediately impressed by Jeff and his knowledge. The judge in my case was quite difficult, so Jeff had to do A LOT of extra work that wasn’t anticipated in my quote. However, he never charged me more. He was always responsive. He called me frequently and gave me email updates. I have high standards. Jeff immediately put me at ease. It was nice to finally have this burden lifted off of my shoulders. I can actually say that I have nothing bad to say— and how rare is that!? Jeff was everything an attorney should be: responsive, intelligent, educated, informed, and compassionate. He gives me hope for the legal field. Don’t hesitate. This guy is honest and I can’t recommend him enough!

My goal was to transfer from my current student status to green card through my work and job offer to work as an engineer. After going through a very detailed process, I am happy to say that each step of the way was successful and I was just issued my green card. I cannot be happier, and we couldn't have done this without Richard Hanus carefully planning and overseeing the whole process. He was always on top of all government changes and new requirement and regulation , his staff was all the time available and willing to help and answer the question, acting quickly and promptly. From the first interaction with Jeffrey he was on top of everything and very responsive. He handled all of the heavy lifting in regards to communicating with my former spouse and did an amazing job at that. Jeffrey also took extra time to make sure that all of the paperwork was comprehensive and completed to satisfy the court and myself. I would recommend Jeffrey to anyone looking for a smooth, easy divorce; regardless, if your marriage was not smooth nor easy.

he is a great lawyer. he helped me win my case that took place two years ago. he is willing to go the distance, and even when you are satisfied he will keep going because that's how much he cares about his clients. he has all of my respect and trust. I can't say enough about Clare. I used her to clear up a child support emancipation event and she truly knocked it out of the park. Clare was very clear with me while being empathizing with my situation. She did not at all try to pad her bill with me and was very responsive. Clare used logic to help guide me in my decision-making process and she did that to ensure I was aware of the risks vs the rewards. She could have easily just went and argued my issue and increased her billing. Clare did not do that. She knew my goals and kept them in the forefront of her mind. I have used a different attorney in the past but I knew I needed something different. Clare was exactly that, and precisely what I needed. I am extremely happy and frankly lucky to have found Clare. She truly knew how to handle my case in and out and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend Clare to anyone who is beginning the divorce process or needs to change an already agreed order.

David Barish was excellent! He took on my workman’s comp case when another “big firm” attorney told me it would never be won. Many other attorneys may have felt the same way.
