I hired Joe for a paternity case that I was already in court for. Joe, not only pointed me in the right direction, he gave me advice on how to handle the situation and the proper way to communicate with my child's mother. Because of Joe's advice, I was able to settle my paternity case with my child's mother out of court. Which was a shock to her lawyer, the GAL and Joe. We were so far apart on every aspect of the litigation, no one thought it was possible for us to come to an agreement without the lawyers involved.

I have a very litigative ex who filed motions one another to attempt to modify the judgement. At each time, our side prevailed! Luckily we had Joe Napoli II and his team from Beermann to represent me and each time, we prevailed. Joe is truly the best. Joe will listen to your needs. He is very dedicated to his work and will keep in touch with emails/phone calls/texts even late at night or weekends. In the end Joe had helped me add clauses and conditions to the judgement to further protect my children's health and safety, to safeguard child support, and to severely limit my ex's chance of coming back to the court. Where do I start to describe my experience with Joe Napoli as my divorce attorney? Maybe, the best way to start is to describe the feeling first. During the course of the long divorce process, I felt supported, informed, educated, and secure. Which was everything I wanted to feel as I embarked on a complete foreign experience that was extremely daunting and nerve-wracking. With this whole experience chock-full of unknowns, Joe was very good at addressing my many questions with thorough explanations in a very timely manner.
