Ms. Ecker represented me in a claim against my then-employer. She was very-detail oriented, asked all the right questions of me and was vigorous in the pursuit of my goals. Most important, Ms. Ecker was open and honest, laying out options and explaining my rights as an employee. In the end, I achieved what I set out to accomplish.
