From the initial phone conference with Mark, his professionalism and expertise has been phenomenal. He is extremely prompt with feedback and is always willing to answer any additional questions that I may have been forgotten. He also provides extensive and extremely helpful background information regarding the actual processes you may be engulfed in. The best attorney I've worked with thus far. Highly recommended.

Working with Mark is a true experience in many different ways and it's a challenge to encompass the scope of his skills in one review. A seed is capable of growing and maturing to bear a flower or a fruit; however without the right soil and conditions it will not come to fruition. It is my opinion that Mark cares enough to see his clients and their projects as "seeds" and as such; has the visionary skills and leadership to tend a worldly garden.

Mark did a great job creating a consulting agreement for me. Not only does he know his IP law, he also has the depth of technical knowledge to go along with that. Mark is very easy to work with and is not afraid to pull in outside expertise when required. On my project, he brought in another lawyer who regularly creates agreements like mine. The result was a meticulously coherent and thorough, extremely well thought through agreement. Mark also did a good job with my trademark application. I gave him all the information and next thing I knew I had my trademark approved and registered. If you are in the market for an IP lawyer choosing Mark would be a smart move.

Mark Weis represented me in a case against a former girl friend who tried to bilk me out of $3,500 on car repairs. Mr. Weis' attention to detail, especially asking all the right questions, helped me recoup those car repair expenses. While not the biggest settlement, it represents the quality of professionalism Mr. Weis exemplified, no matter how big the case.

After making a few calls to different patent attorneys I found on the U.S. Patent website, it didn't take long to realize that Mark is the man best suited to handle the patent. He promptly returns calls and emails, clearly answers questions, and brilliantly absorbed my description of the product.
