Reaching out to a law firm for counsel usually means you've found yourself in an unpleasant, stressful, and overwhelming situation and in need of more knowledgeable assistance. This is where I found myself a few months ago. I reached out to several firms completely at my wit’s end, desperate for help. Out of the six (6) firms/attorneys I spoke with, only Laura at The Printz Law Firm was able to ease my anxieties. Laura, from our very first conversation, was empathetic and incredibly understanding. I engaged Kristen Prinz on a matter in which I was only tangentially involved. She helped me reply to a subpoena and guided me through a deposition. She was a pleasure to work with, and should I need representation again, she will be my first call.

Kristin is an excellent attorney who is well-versed in employment law. In my first conversation with her, my mind was put at ease by her knowledge and professionalism. She obviously is respected by her peers as well. I found this to be important when she dealt with the lawyers on the other side; it was evident that they liked and respected her. Just as important as her legal skills is that she is a good, honest person who often gave me other related advice and much-needed, encouraging words. She was available after hours when appropriate. She also was keenly aware of the costs that can be involved in a legal battle, advising me when it would be better financially to use her legal clerk over her. Similarly, it didn't escape my notice that a few quick phone calls/email on my itemized bill showed a "zero" charge. When she was on the case, she gave me such peace of mind that allowed me to finally get some sleep during the long process. And, of course, she resolved my legal matters to my satisfaction.
