Professional and best immigration attorneys

Robert did an awesome job regarding my green card application. He is honest and straightforward and knows how to accurately prepare you for the application process.

Mr.Milla is one of the best immigration lawyers in Chicago area. I met with Robert after searching the internet for the best immigration lawyer in Chicago. His reviews were great and after I met with him I knew he was the right person to handle my case. The process was made incredibly easy by Robert and his team and I received my green card several months earlier than I expected and with a lot less effort than I expected. My husband applied for my green card and we prepared the documents on our own, but unfortunately I got an RFE for the same documents which we had already submitted. So we thought of hiring a good lawyer for our case, I called up a few lawyers and explained them my case to get 1 free initial consultation, out of the ones we called, I really liked Robert, he was calm, supportive and had a lot of knowledge on such cases. I quickly decided that I would go with him for my case. We met him the next day and discussed our case in detail, soon after we got a list of documents that were needed by his office, we promptly replied, he prepared our xase again , we had dew meetings in between and finally my case was approved, He also helped a lot with our interview prepration and also came with us to the interview venue , where he spent more than 2 hours with us explaining the process, he also appeared with us in the interview and was a great support. I finally cleared the interview under his expert guidance. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

My name is Dennis . Me, and my wife Irina applied for a greencard for her based on our marriage ( I'm an US citizen) We tried to get our case forward , because we have waited a LOT for a decision. (seems like USCIS forgot about our case...) . To begin with: We had done everything for our case, we prepared it in full basically, so the lawyer had just a tiny bit of a job. His assistant, Maria, spelled my wifes last name wrong in the paperwork she filled, which is A CRUCIAL MISTAKE in such things!!! Although , we had an option to file for Mandamus on our case to force USCIS to take a decision in a strict timeframe, he didn't tell us about it a word (we found that out from another lawyer). Also, we wanted to book an appointment with Mr. Milla, (since we hired him) , his assistant Maria had always a way not to book us , stating that he had no time. So, in the end , we hired another lawyer that was competent enough to tell us that we had a legal option to force USCIS to take an immediate decision on our case (Mandamus) , for which we applied and got a positive result after not even a month! We do not recommend Mr. Milla , or his assistant, Maria to take care of your immigration things. The money paid are gone in vain.

At first i was curious of what Lawyers (in general) do to make their income and i wasn't impressed until i see the result, that is just being me (Marine Vet). I learned that he is half Filipino, but that didn't change my opinion about lawyers even if he is a son of a fellow Marine Vet. With his high caliber of knowledge in/on immigration law, he walks and talks with the mission on his every foot steps. I highly recommend him to every Filipino and Military Veterans. I have been petitioning my other siblings ever since my father passed away and i will have to call him again to save my day to bring my family here in USA just like what my father wants.
