Stephanie Powers helped me out with my divorce case and she Is a phenomenal lawyer! As we all know going through a divorce is one of the hardest things you can go through in life, the last thing you want is to get a lawyer who is not going to help you throughout the process and give you another headache. Stephanie guided me step by step, had all the answers to my questions and would always update me on everything. Emailing her for general questions was another thing I was so amazed by, she would email me back that same day even if it was after hours which is something I was not expecting. He beat my uuw case

I worked with Women's Divorce Family Law this past year, and I found the practice to over charge, and pad their billed hours. My attorney was condescending and wasn't extremely helpful. She spoke with vocal fry, and was rude to my ex's attorney. I would never recommend this firm to a friend.

I really wanted to love this firm based on the reviews. After working with them over a year on a complex case and spending thousands of dollars for not much movement and it was not getting anywhere. The associate (Kelly) that was handling my case was rude, not empathetic, and I think my case was way over her head. I am honestly not sure why they handed my complex case to an associate with less experience compared to giving it to a partner with more. I fired them. My new attorney at another firm has been a life saver and is quickly getting our divorce to mediation now. I am an easy going client that had a high net worth case and custody battle so this is not me being a difficult client saying nasty things. Maybe other people had luck here but it was not working for me. My advise to this firm is to make sure your clients feel supported, answer emails, not be rude, explain legal terms and not get angry when the client has no idea what you are talking about when you spew legal jargon, send over every court document after court, hand over ALL the documents in the clients file to a new firm if they switch firms so that they don’t have to ask the opposing party for the missing ones, ask for crucial financial documents during discovery from the opposing party. When the opposing party doesn’t hand over documents don’t just wait after six months and not mention it to the client that they have not handed them all over, take the opposing party to court to make them hand over the documents and never tell the client “Maybe you are living above your means” when the opposing party is trying to strip your client out of thousands of dollars in monthly spousal support that is deserved. Instead, ask for the financial discovery documents from the opposing party, including subpoenas of those that you can, that maybe you missed and were needed to prove the spousal support amount and maybe more money hidden. Never give a complex case to a lower level lawyer.

Pam Kuzniar is a disgusting excuse for a human. The name says it all--WOMEN'S divorce and family law. This institution is dedicated to depriving men of their natural rights as fathers, and works against any man who wishes to have a relationship w his children. There is no focus on FAMILY, their purpose is to give women the state's support as they steal and slander men at any cost.

She welcomed my endless emails and bent over backwards, even working on an Emergency Motion on my behalf late night during her weekend to make sure my daughter was safe with mom.
