Complete waste of money. I had Josephine as my attorney. She was completely useless worst attorney I’ve had so far. Keep an eye on your invoices this place is ridiculous.

Klain and Associates were very professional with handling my case. My case worker Ashley did an excellent job with gathering and submitting all of my medical documentation. They sent in my required forms which was extremely helpful. My lawyer Brandon was phenomenal! He did an exceptional job preparing me before my hearing which went perfectly.

I was very happy that they kept in touch with me . My case was solved in a timely matter .

Great place to take care of all of my legal needs very professional.

After working with this law firm regarding SSA/SSI help with benefits I got a call stating my claim was approved. Then I got a letter from SSA stating my claim was denied. So I called this office to see what’s going on and the receptionist rudely told me to give SSA a call because they don’t handle my claim anymore and to “have a nice day, goodbye “. I said whoa hold on there I feel like I’m getting the brush off and it was a rude response I felt after just trying to get clarification. I thought I should’ve gotten better treatment from this office. I will not recommend this group if you’re looking for an office to help you after you’ve worked with them. On a kinder note Erica the person assigned to me to handle paperwork was nice and approachable, unlike that receptionist. Sorry.

Klain & Associates was there for me and they are great to their word. With my experience I can honestly say they WILL fight for you. From living in tents for so long and being in the hospital so much due to my disability. They made everything possible. I with all my heart thank them so very much.
