This law firm falls short in advocating for fathers' rights. Their approach is to instill false hope and dreams, while draining your pockets during prolonged waits for court dates that ultimately amount to nothing but more bills. I entrusted David Zwaska with my case after four long years of fighting for visitation with my children, but the firm only exacerbated my already dire situation. Ultimately, I had enough and settled with my ex, despite her false accusations. I incurred $250,000 in marital debt and surrendered her retirement, only to discover that David had misled me about the likelihood of sanctions against my ex. He had filed a motion for sanctions without a court date and wasted more of my time and money. Luckily, I saved thousands by settling early, or I would have been waiting four more months for trial. I caution other fathers not to fall into the same trap. This firm may seem friendly and supportive on the phone, but they will add multiple attorneys to your case and rack up bills, leading to more continuances until you're completely drained. It's a shameful and heartbreaking experience for any father seeking justice and their children's well-being.
