I opened a case with them originally with Peter. He was rude and disrespectful. I was looking into finding a new lawyer when John called and I started working with him personally. Here we go now on almost 2 yrs my vehicle still hasnt been fixed and its starting to rust and I still have yet to received the check when we made an agreement over 6 moths ago. This is just gettting ridiculous.

Klain & Associates got me the benefits I was entitled to. It didn't even take that long either. I have recommended them to a few family members and I would recommend them to anyone trying to obtain benefits in a timely manner.

This was a difficult divorse due to the unresponsivness of one of the parties. The law firm did and excellent job in bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.

Ms Josie Norton rarely responded to emails under the guise of wanting to save me money. Ms Norton continously threatened me with dire consequences if I went to court and emphasized that I should settle for a inadequate settlement which brought severe financial hardship to me. When I objected to the poor service performance, Ms Norton went on a rant against me. Stay far away from this law firm. This law firm did me a major disservice. Josie Norton is incompetent and clearly was more empathic and in agreement with the other side. I so regret using this law firm. They have jeopardize my life. Beware of their ignorance and lack of response They are arrogant and indifferent. Notice they only respond to positive reviews and they never seek to improve things
