They really didn't help us. When I called and ask questions they could not answer them. I had to inform them when we received any paperwork and I asked one time about what I needed to do because we had to turn them in the next day the person told me you better get it done. The social security office had to call us for doctors information because they gave the wrong information to them. I had to call them to let them know we won. Maybe because we won on the first try and they knew they wouldn't receive a big amount for are case I don't know. Sometimes it would of been nice to actually talk to a live person instead of texting all the time in the 21 months it took us.

I am gratefully satisfied with all the help they have given me and my family they were constantly checking in and communicating with me through it all I am grateful for the outcome and their profession and if anyone was to ask, I would be delighted to send them their way !!
