I have litigated against Bary. He is very experienced and competent.

I've known Bary for more than 12 years. I first met him when we worked at the same firm, and we've stayed in touch since then. During the time I worked with Bary I found him to be an extremely capable attorney, an exceptional writer, and someone who takes the time to listen to his clients and think through their legal problems to find the best possible solutions. I trust Bary and his judgment, so when my company needs outside legal counsel I pick up the phone and call Bary. In addition to his legal skills, he is very good at keeping me informed of the status of my cases, and returns calls and emails promptly, an attribute which is pretty rare among attorneys. Perhaps the highest praise I can give Bary is that when people contact me looking for an attorney to handle a litigation related issue, I always recommend that they speak with Bary.

Only attorney that took the time to explain the whole process to me! Hired a big firm to represent me, they were good till you signed the paperwork. Then your just a number!

Ken Moll is an excellent attorney who is compassionate about his work as well as his clients. From the initial consultation to the 1st office visit, Ken and his staff gave superb customer service. This was a new experience for me so I had many questions. Ken answered every question and made sure I understood everything from start to finish. There was some issues at first but they were able to work something out fairly for me.

Do not hire this firm! They did absolutely nothing to assist me in my disability application, appeal, and hearing. Also, it is nearly impossible to get through to a person with questions. No one answers the phone and, if you leave a message, no one returns the call. Just don't.

Loser who humiliates women, and lies like a rug. If you are a woman with children...do not hire. His partners are awful too.

I don't care what anyone says. These guys were amazing and professional, always came to me to make my experience as easy as possible. And we walked away with a fair settlement in a fair amount of time. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney.

I was ROBBED!!!!!! He is a CROOK!!!!! Please run!!!!! He gets people into his office by falsely advertising that 900 down payment!!!!! RUN!!!! Do NOT sign any documents that he has lured you and then later changed to get you into his office.... If I listened to the review that was left by a previous client, and wasn't in such a rush I would NOT have selected such a manipulative and untrustworthy lawyer!!!!! Beware of this lawyer Joseph Brehm. This is a one man operation and it is ran poorly. Mr. Brehm was referred to me by a so called friend and he came off as a very friendly lawyer that seemed genuinely concerned. However, after he collected my money for a bankruptcy which he asked for upfront, he avoided my phone calls and emails to his office. I even made a trip to his office because he did not do any work on the case and now my financial and legal situation went from bad to worst. In order to get my money back, I must take him to small claims court. If he has worked on a case for you and has done the same, please leave a review. We must all watch out for people who take advantage of others weaknesses and that is what he has done. Also, do NOT forget to follow up with BBB and IARDC for this lawyer as I will. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!
