Molly Sharma was extremely skilled both in court and when negotiating. She explained things and was very responsive. She would do an excellent job of being honest about when to save fees and when to pursue an issue. She gave me firm advice at times but always to my benefit and told me when to think through an issue for a little more time which was helpful. She was the best

I was very impressed by Molly on consultation. She had plans, seemed attuned , was responsive and came across as caring. I hired her thus and was happy with her the first few months. I am not sure whether it is her taking on too much work or a stratergy that its tougher and expensive to change lawyers months in that the unprofessionalism grew. Emails routinely went unanswered. plans made but never followed through. Delays were crazy and unnecessary. At times they were visibly unprepared for the meetings. Billing was overwhelming. after a major error was made, instead of acknowledging her mistake, she yelled at me. ( Yes screamed...i felt so validated when i read another review on this site with a similar experience ). its unbelievable. Skills as a lawyer are no good if one is too disorganized to follow through. If you are with her already and contemplating a change of lawyers, do it right away as they get worst with time.

Molly represented me regarding child support. I liked her approach in that she didnt waste a lot of time and was efficient in getting the job done. She was also effective in working with the judge and it appeared that he, the judge appreciated her getting to the point. The reccomendation from the judge was favorable to me. I considered my experience and the outcome very positive.

Ms. Sharma was the lead attorney on my divorce proceedings and I would urge anyone in need of a lawyer for his or her divorce to consider her strongly. She was totally professional throughout the process, always well-prepared and was on exceedingly good terms with the judge for my case, which I'm sure helped with the outcome. Yes, you saw it correctly that rated her with 1-star and wish if I could rate her with less than one. I retained her in 2016 for my case and believing in that she is expert in family and international law. During consultation and petition filing, I asked so many that is it mandatory to file divorce in case of child custody matter and all the time she showed 100% confidence that in IL. It is mandatory to file custody and divorce together. After filing custody and divorce petition, I read it as per new law from Jan1st,2016 onwards filing child custody is possible without divorce. When I spoke to her and told about new law, instead of verifying my information she started screaming on my phone call and email too. And tried to scare me that if I dare to change attorney she will screw up my case. In the end, I am glad that changed my attorney and got the favorable judgment from court which I always wanted. Beware from such attorneys!!
