I was charged with aggravated speeding, a Class A misdemeanor in Chicago, Illinois. Steve got my charge reduced to a petty offense: no traffic school/community service or any other punishment besides a simple $100 ticket! My husband was facing a 3rd DUI charge (with accident). Originally, we hired an attorney that was recommended to us by the lawyer that handled the previous 2 DUI charges.
