I called Phillips Law for a free consultation (as advertised) regarding my dad’s medical care and death. I spoke to Martha who asked me questions about the situation, which I answered to the best of my knowledge, and was told that the information I gave would be relayed to the lawyers and I would hear back from them. I followed up via email almost a full week week later. It has now been 3 weeks since my original call, and 2 weeks since my follow up email, and still, no call back or response. It seems very unfair to me that an office is offering “free consultations,” when in reality they will actively ghost you if they don’t think you have a viable case. If it were really a consultation, I would have had someone call or email me to tell me they cannot take me on as a client. This is an emotional set of circumstances and time sensitive. I wasted two weeks waiting to hear back due to the good reviews I read. Very disappointing.
