We used Milla and Associates for our recent marriage based green card application. Whilst our case was relatively straight forward we were very glad we hired Robert to file our application. Robert did a great job at explaining the process to us as well as guiding us through each step of the application. All our questions were answered, and our paperwork filed, in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Milla and Associates to anyone applying for marriage based permanent residence.

Justin Hoefflicker worked with me through two years to apply on green card through employment-based, he is knowledgeable. My husband and I are extremely appreciative for all the help and support we received from Robert and his team. Robert has helped my family with various immigration services from petitioning for my husband residency, completing my citizenship and consulting on other immigration issues. I was involved in a very high conflict marriage which involved two children under the age of five. My wife was extremely hostile and manipulative but the worst part was knowing my kids were being used in the process. During the initial separation my kids were being physically and emotionally harmed. I realized that the longer this went on, the harder it would be on them. I was fortunate that a friend gave me Sarah’s number and told me to call her for advice. During our initial conversation, Sarah gave me suggestions on how to communicate and interact with my wife in a way that would reduce the conflict as much as possible. At our first appointment she immediately realized the severity of the situation and took the appropriate steps to get my two sons out of a dangerous situation and into my custody. When the case went to a hearing Sarah was very sharp and also made sure that I was prepared for anything thrown my way. There was a lot of “craziness” involved with my case and Sarah knew how to sort out what was important and what was just thrown in to make the situation more complicated. Anyone going through a high conflict divorce will understand how important this is. She definitely dedicated the time needed for my case and I was always able to reach her when I needed advice. I will always be grateful for the work she did for me and my kids. I think Sarah is a great divorce/child custody lawyer and would highly recommend her to anyone going through a high conflict divorce.

My case was tough and Sarah was able to handle every aspect of it with my husband's attorney. She would not back down. In the end, we came to some cost-effective compromises, but I still came out ahead of the game with child support and maintenance. Without Sarah, I would have been bombarded by my husband's attorney with no clue where to turn. I have since recommended her to two friends.

I was very impressed with Sarah from the minute we spoke over the phone. She dedicated a great amount of time to my case and I definitely believe the support order to my wife would have been much worse if she didn't argue as well as she did for me. My wife never worked, so I knew I was obligated to pay something, it was a matter of how much. I would recommend Sarah to anyone.

I had an issue with an ex that was abusive, manipulative, faking pregnancy, and stalking me. I didn't know where else to turn to get my freedom back. After getting all the documentation together (texts,emails,call logs, pictures of abuse, broken window pictures, etc) , Sarah went through each section with me to ensure proper documentation and usefulness in the court appearance. After getting the Emergency OP, Sarah was very active in making sure my ex did get served by calling the police and sheriff departments. This was helpful for me knowing Sarah was not just making me take over. I had someone telling me step by step what was the right way to go about my case. During the final court hearing, Sarah coached me up well prior to going and went above and beyond her duties for me. She told me how nerve racking it could be if I needed to take the stand and continually made sure I was calm. I was able to win the case and get the maximum protection the court would allow. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone needing an Divorce/Separation and Child custody lawyer as she definitely served my purposes and knew all the questions I asked her about the case and future knowledge going forward. Sarah was available seemingly all hours of the day by email or phone if I needed to reach her. I definitely appreciated her time and help as it has given me a chance to move forward in my life and have my freedoms back. Unfortunately, everything does cost money. But when you don't have anywhere else to turn and your friends aren't enough help, Sarah was the best option for me. She helped me in a very timely manner and did not overcharge me for her services.

Robert is fantastic and very professional. He also treats his clients like family.He took the time to get to know my situation and explained everything good and bad.From the moment I first meet him, he was respectful, kind, and 100% truthful. He will not fill your head with promises that are not true. What I liked best about him is that he understands the laws and follows them to the letter! He answered every email and questions I had within a timely manner and in general was great to work with.Also his rates where reasonable.I would recommend anyone to him. So i had / have a pretty tough case against me, My childs "Father" tried to take my child from me and also tried to get me thrown in jail! For what? Well taking care of my child and giving him/her the life he/she deserves! Long story short not only did i get to keep my child with me but, i was given full custody and child support! With in a few months! No lie, i was so worried but Sahar made me feel safe and taken care of! She always answers emails and or calls the same or next day. She makes sure you fully understand whats going on every step and she doesn't make false promises. It is in my opinion that Sahar knows her stuff and will fight for your rights! She saw that everything my childs "father" was saying wasn't true! Not only that but, she was able to see that his intentions were to hurt me and not my child at all! My child and i are very thankful for all Sahar has done. She turned what started out being a very bad situation! in to a great and benificial one all in our favor!
