Slaven has been an amazing attorney throughout our homebuying process. We just closed today, and me and my husband are delighted to be starting our journey as first time homebuyers. Slaven was very understanding and was readily available (even late at night) to answer any questions or concerns that we had. He was very thorough with his explanations, and made it easy for us to understand. He went to bat for us and made sure to keep us motivated to push forward! We are so grateful that Slaven took the time to not only get everything in order from a legal perspective, but check on us as well from a mental standpoint too. We couldn't have gotten done without him!! If you need a lawyer as you are purchasing your home, Slaven is the man!

My closing was fabulous. Attorney llis explained every sentence to me. I have so much knowledge when I left the table., I felt empowered. I have told several nurses about him and bragged about the treatment I received. wonderful I would not hesitate to call him again for his representation.

Slaven, caught a few items with the closings documents and the title company which ended saving me a few thousand dollars. Saved me more than what he fees were. He also put a lot of work into the whole purchase so it ended up being issue free for me.

Slaven was a joy to work with, being a first time seller, he was so calm and explained everything until I felt comfortable. I was able to contact him at any time, and not feel as I was a bother. I will be keeping his info to hire again.

5 stars is not enough for him. He did a GREAT job with our short sale. I will never again deal with anybody else but him. Definitely THE BEST attorney there is.

Slaven was recommended to us by our realtor and we are extremely pleased we hired him. Not only did he get the deal closed, he dealt with a lot of complicated issues that typical real estate deals do not deal with (such as setting up an HOA, Condo Declaration/Survey discrepancies, insurance issues, property tax issues, etc.). He was always in contact with us throughout the process and was honest when he did not feel comfortable proceeding with closing because certain items were not in order. The icing on the cake was when he found unneeded fees that the title company tacked on the final closing documents and fought to get them removed. He went above and beyond what a buyer's attorney typically does and my husband and I cannot be more grateful. We will definitely be using Slaven in the future and will be recommending him to family and friends as well.

No matter how many questions I had and the need to understand the process he always took the time to explain and help me understand the legal process and different scenarios so their were no surprises. Slaven represented us for a residential real estate purchase. He did an excellent job overall, providing good advice at every stage of the process. He was very communicative and responded quickly via phone or email (and I contacted him many times!). He was able to improve our title insurance coverage and saved us money at closing, and was very diligent about keeping us on the right side of the terms of the purchase contract. Rates were very reasonable for an attorney of his experience level. We would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future.

Mr. Ilic has successfully closed contract on my property purchase. He seemed well prepared, researching relevant information beforehand. Very detail oriented he pointed out discrepancy in contract. I will definitely use his services in future.

This was my first time being involved in any sort of legal proceeding. I didn't know where to begin and Slaven came highly recommended by a friend in the legal profession. Throughout the process, communication was always open and honest. He explained to me how everything would work from day 1 to the day of trial (ended in judgement for us). During the trial, the defendant tried to throw a couple curve balls with her witness but Slaven reacted and adjusted quickly - something that spoke volumes to me about his ability to think on his toes. Overall, the experience was great. I learned a lot and feel much more comfortable with the legal process in general. Highly recommend.
