I couldn't be happier with the work Tiffany and her firm has done for me. Being a stay at home mom I didn't have a leg to stand on when leaving my ex husband. Tiffany and her firm not only went above and beyond but they communicated with me throughout the whole process. They held my ex accountable for dragging out the process which he is now responsible for paying and they even got me alimony, which is not common in a short term marriage in the state of FL. Divorce is never easy but by them making sure they turned over every stone by going through hundreds of documents gave me an ending that I never thought was possible. I'm grateful for Tiffany and her firm for doing an amazing job and working with me through a payment plan to be able to do so. Compared to my friend's experiences my Tiffany made it a walk in the park. My case was handled much better, not only with the outcome but with communication overall.

I reached out to Polansky & Cichon when I was struck by a vehicle while I was walking as a pedestrian in Jan 2020. I spoke with them both regarding my case and asked their professional opinion on what they think I can do about it. I was directed to Mr Cichon as my primary contact. I submitted everything that was needed, physical therapy costs, all medical treatment received, lost wages, etc. I was told this case is worth around $15,000-$25,000. The first 6 months went by and I didn’t hear much besides that we were waiting for the drivers insurance to get back to us. This continued for over a year, even with me calling every few weeks or even months sometimes for updates. We were approaching the 2 year mark since they accident and still no news. Communication was horrible. Multiple times I waited months to get a cal back. Roughly about 2 years and a month since the accident is when I finally received a call stating that the drivers insurance is only offering 5k and that I should accept the offer so we don’t spend another 6 months asking for more that we might not get. Long story short is I walked away with less than $1500 after PT was paid off as well as all medical bills and Mr Cichons 30% fee. AFTER 2 YEARS AND A MONTH LATER AND I GOT NOT EVEN 10% OF WHAT I WAS TOLD MY CASE WAS WORTH. Extremely unsatisfied.
