I don't care what anyone says. These guys were amazing and professional, always came to me to make my experience as easy as possible. And we walked away with a fair settlement in a fair amount of time. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney.

William McSurley is nothing short of outstanding at what he does! Five Star is not enough. I was involved in a custody/child support battle, and right from the moment I hired him he was just amazing. I've been in litigation over a decade and it's unfortunate I didn't know William. William is an extraordinary lawyer. Just recently, I witnessed him in the courtroom. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I will make this short. If you need a lawyer, William is your man. He is straight forward to the point, honest. From day one he is on your side. If I could I would give him 100 stars. And yes won my case. You will not go wrong having William on your team.

After firing my 1st attorney, I hired William. He is honest, knowledgeable and forthright. He knows the law and will stand his ground. He answered my questions in a timely manner, never ignoring me. I believe he genuinely cared about my case, my predicament and helping me get the best possible outcome for my situation. I wish I hired him first! My case was completely hopeless when I hired him, yet he never lied to me, always told me my options and let me decided which path based on what the law is. I would highly recommend William to anybody I know.

Mr. McSorley handled my custody case for my 16 year old son. I was pro se for a couple years trying to save money, but I decided on a consultation after hearing great things about him. He embraced my case with passion, empathy and confidence. After our confidential consultation I knew right away he was my new counsel. He told me exactly what he needed to do his job, and right after I gave it to him, we were in court and I was awarded custody. I was amazed by his talent and knowledge of the court system. I have been in business for 25 years and use Chris Naveja of Arnstein and Leir for my corporate legal counsel. He's been perfect for me but doesn't handle child custody. He recommended I find a good Will County Family Law attorney to represent me. Great advice as usual, and now I have two attorneys I would HIGHLY recommend. Mr. McSorley far exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend him. A very good man and a good attorney.

I was ROBBED!!!!!! He is a CROOK!!!!! Please run!!!!! He gets people into his office by falsely advertising that 900 down payment!!!!! RUN!!!! Do NOT sign any documents that he has lured you and then later changed to get you into his office.... If I listened to the review that was left by a previous client, and wasn't in such a rush I would NOT have selected such a manipulative and untrustworthy lawyer!!!!! Beware of this lawyer Joseph Brehm. This is a one man operation and it is ran poorly. Mr. Brehm was referred to me by a so called friend and he came off as a very friendly lawyer that seemed genuinely concerned. However, after he collected my money for a bankruptcy which he asked for upfront, he avoided my phone calls and emails to his office. I even made a trip to his office because he did not do any work on the case and now my financial and legal situation went from bad to worst. In order to get my money back, I must take him to small claims court. If he has worked on a case for you and has done the same, please leave a review. We must all watch out for people who take advantage of others weaknesses and that is what he has done. Also, do NOT forget to follow up with BBB and IARDC for this lawyer as I will. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!

I am not sure if words can describe the hard work and dedication the team at Jonathan Merels office offers. I am truly pleased with all that they do. You are not treated as just another client, you are treated with the utmost respect, dedication, and loyalty. I work a lot with Michael Levy and he is great with getting back to me via email or phone call, and getting everything done. He truly is helping me every step of the way and is fantastic at explaining everything to me!! I also work with Melissa and she is AWESOME!
