I had a fulfilling experience working with Gerald Cipolla and his team at Cipolla Law Group (CLG). Here’s my story. I first learned about CLG back in 2018 through simple google searches. I wanted to know through a professional whether my profile was a strong EB-1A (extraordinary ability) case for a greencard. Gerald met me personally at his Chicago office for a paid consultation and spent the entire hour going over my intake form line-by-line. He was honest with me—which is what you want from your attorney—and told me that I had a 55% chance of success. He highlighted for me the areas where I can strengthen my profile. I spent 4-years doing this and reached out to Gerald once again in 2023. My profile looked much better. This time again, Gerald and his team were true professionals. They said that there was a good chance to get a greencard through EB-1A. I went through with it. Gerald brought on an expert who deals with EB-1A cases. We collected all the evidence. Double checked, triple checked our package and finally submitted my I-140 paperwork through premium processing. Then after 10-days, it got approved! I was thrilled. After this, Gerald mobilized his dedicated team to start work on our I-485s. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this. And what I found fascinating was no question from our side was too obvious or elementary for Gerald’s team. They answered all our questions within 24-hours. Most of them were answered by Gerald.
