Reading some of these comments its seems that we are speaking of two different firms. I have had a terrible experience with this firm. It has been almost two years, three different attorneys, lies on top of lies and I still haven't gotten my case resolved... So for the people who are posting good reviews, either you are speaking of another firm, you are friends of the associates, or you were paid to say those things. However, I can identify closely with those who have had bad experiences because I have experienced the same thing.

Tod took our cases and handled them perfectly communicating with us all the way....my husband's case has settled with not one problem. ...Tod took care of everything, we appreciate everything he did for us will and it will not be forgotten. ...

this law office was a lot of help that got me everything I was suppose to get and I think them a lot workers comp had stop stop paying me and they got my pay check back rolling

my right arm was injured March 27th 2016. Bradley Dworkin contacted me that Sunday and had me sign my contract with Dworkin and Maciariello. Since signing, i had one doctors appointment and subsequently went into the hospital and missed my second appointment at Jackson Park Ortho ( private) . When I contacted the clinic i was told that they dropped me!! I explained to them that I was in the hospital and I had my discharge papers but they refused to see me. I contacted the law firm and referred to Martha Druitt. i told her about my issues getting medical treatment at the facility Dworkin sent me to and her advice was to find MY OWN DOCTOR! It's very difficult to find your own Doctor when you've never been injured before and don't know who or where to call! It's now June 30, and I still have not had any medical attention for my arm. NOW THE PAIN RADIATES FROM MY FOREARM INTO MY SHOULDER! very painful! i also have trouble sleeping because it's healed improperly! I've left countless e-mails and voicemails and I'm frustrated! Bradley Dworkin called me to sign my contract but I can't reach him about my case! Can somebody help me please? i missed almost a month and a half of work, I'm now laid off and struggling with pain and bewilderment

We used Charles for the sale of our house. Unfortunately, the buyer's attorney was uncooperative to the point of being an obstructionist and unprofessional. However, Charles handled the transaction with grace, and allowed us to get our closing done, and house sold in time to close the next day on our buy! I won't say he wasn't frustrated. We all were. But, he was able to put that aside to get the deal done.
