Great competent care!

Deciding to file for bankruptcy isn’t the easiest decision. Kaplan’s team not only took their time to walk me through the entire process but made me feel absolutely comfortable with the decision I was making. Fran has a genuine approach and at no time did I ever feel like I was being lead in the wrong direction. I would recommend Kaplan over and over to anyone who is contemplating on filing or has made the decision to file. Fran thank you and the Kaplan Law Firm for taking great care of me.

Like most people, I struggled with making the decision to file for a Chapter 7. I did a very thorough review of all of the bankruptcy firms out there. Consistently, the Kaplan Law Firm kept showing up with overwhelmingly positive reviews and experiences. I called their office to set up an appointment for a free consultation and met with Fran. Fran was very understanding, helpful and patient with me as I discussed my situation with him. He answered all of my questions and addressed thoroughly any concerns that I had as we went over everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through what the entire process would be. At no time whatsoever was I pushed or pressured to make a decision on the spot. After 2 weeks of thinking about going forward with the process, I decided to use Kaplan with Fran representing me. And I couldn't have been happier! ALL phone calls and emails were responded to immediately and never had to wait more than a minute to hear from him. Fran and all the staff did such an excellent job with everything from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone without any reservations at all!! just want to start off by saying how amazing Rae Kaplan, Josephine and Carlie have been. Kaplans firm is without a doubt the most professional firm I have came across. They respond very quickly and were always happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and they truly have your best interest at heart! Before I was referred to Kaplan, I did my research and found a few other lawyers, but I was rejected due to the high amount of student loans that I had. Rae went above and beyond by helping me modify a private student loan decreased by about 70% of the original amount!!!! I can’t begin to express the financial relief she has given me and my family. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff!

I've worked with Dana and her team as both a buyer and a seller, and my experience was excellent both times. They are extremely responsive, thorough, and available. My SO and I recently purchased a home and chose Dana as our real estate attorney. We had nothing but a great experience! There were certainly a handful of (non-legal-related) hiccups along throughout the transaction and I was particularly impressed by Dana's and her team's ability to help us navigate these moments. The most meaningful part of our interaction was at the closing table - Dana was required to be remote for the closing due to social distancing guidelines at the title company's office. I was a bit anxious not having my attorney available in-person, but was more than pleasantly surprised at the preparation she put into making sure she could thoroughly answer my (many) questions over the phone. This was my second time doing Bankruptcy . Atty Fran treated us like family he answered all our concerns. The process took less than 2 months with complete filing for me and my wife.
