She was able to help navigate challenging situations following my first purchase as well as made it a seamless process on the sale of that property and the purpose of my new home. She is on top of all the details and provides great feedback/suggestions. I'd highly recommend her! In fact, I've already referred her to some of my very close friends.

very professional staff . Beautiful office. They use the latest technology. Checking for eye pressure by using a tool that is as small as a pen! Dr Flood is so friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable! He spent alot of time explaining the result of the test in simple language so you can understand. I will definitely refer my friends to him.

We can't be more disappointed in this law firm. My wife was paying on a school loan. She applied for the loan and was approved for the loan in September and she didn't receive the paperwork for the loan until December, after she enrolled and was already in classes. It said she would pay $42,000 on a $12,000 loan. She cancelled school right away and was in school less than 31 total days. She has been paying on this loan for a number of years. I spent countless days looking for information about others who experienced this. I didn't find anybody with the same experience, but I found quite a bit of information about getting rid of school loans by Rae Kaplan Law firm. I decided if anyone would know what to do, she would. Boy was I wrong! We made an appointment, paid the $100 consultation fee to see her. Saw her assistant Adam. We presented ALL of our original documents from the school. He had never seen this kind of thing before, but presented some ideas. We were pretty hopeful. He said it could be an easy phone call or take them to court for a small fee of about $1500 max. He had to talk to Rae, show her the copies he made of our documents and come up with a solution. He said he would get back to us in 2 business days. 5 days later we emailed Adam. he said he forwarded the notes to Rae and would get back to us. Another 6 days went by and we emailed them again with no response. So another 5 days later we emailed the secretary and Adam, wondering why we are being ignored. Rae finally calls us and tells us she can take the loan company to court and charge us $4,000 to settle the debt and pay them a lump sum. We asked why this is different from what Adam said and she said "I don't know what you signed". So she never even read all of the documents that we physically brought downtown to her office for them to read. This is the best part. They were supposed to make copies. We didn't notice until a few weeks ago that multiple documents were missing from our file, as well as they gave us some of the copies back and also gave us copies of copies. We reached out to them and they informed me that Adam no longer worked for them and said they would look for the papers and get back to us in a few days. When we reached out again, my wifes email to the secretary was blocked! She used another email address and Rae responded a day later saying that they were unable to find them and "Sorry for the inconvenience". So we basically payed them, spent a day downtown, only for them to ignore us and lose our paperwork. Now any case we had is ruined.

My experience with the firm has been fantastic. The staff, Rae, and Fran are fantastic, attentive, and respond to an inquiries promptly. I highly recommend.
