Overall, this is a great company to work for: the people are friendly, the work isn't terribly taxing... but it can get a little hairy at peak seasons, which invites unnecessary stress on employees. You are, however, heavily rewarded with fair compensation, and great benefits.

This is not a law firm. This is a company which manages the information technology needs for other companies, focusing on law firms and other professional-services organizations.
I have been using Keno Kozie Associates since January, 2016. Previous to that change, our organization had been using several different companies to handle our IT outsourcing needs. This caused a lot of aggravation because we had vendors stepping all over each other and a lot of finger-pointing when things did not work as they should. It was also difficult to coordinate even the simplest of infrastructure changes.
We went through a rigorous requirements gathering self-assessment, and then put out an RFP to over 20 MSP companies like Keno. We received 5 good responses, and cut that down to 3. Then we interviewed management and staff at each of the finalists, and had our team complete a weighted score card for each of the finalists based on their proposals and the meetings we had.
Keno Kozie Associates was our final choice, and we have been very happy with them. They are based in Chicago, but have a respectably sized field office near our HQ in Washington, DC. I like that we can relay on over 200 of their professionals if need be, and not just the ones locally.
I am able to run an IT department supporting over 140 professionals and 4 offices (one in Canada), spanning 5 time zones (look up Atlantic time) with two full-time IT personnel (myself included).
